Kawasaki Voyager XII (ZG1200-A1, 1986)

The Kawasaki ZG1200 Voyager first appeared in 1986 as a response to Honda GL1200 Gold Wing and was intended primarily for the US and Canadian markets. The model was replaced by Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager.

The resemblance between the Kawasaki ZG1200 Voyager and the Gold Wing 1200 was so strong that in 1987 Honda filed a lawsuit against Kawasaki, which resulted in a redesign of the taillights.
